Dad shot a fox! It was pretty cool looking....except for all the fleas....

Dad took us shotgun shooting! It was a BLAST! We had a really good time.
It was something neither one of us had done for a long time.

BYU Football

We got to go to the BYU football game as a family. We had such a great time! And thanks to Rex for taking us upstairs to see the boxes. What a view! (November 2011)

It's a Girl!

This is the video of the gender announcement party we had for Avery (November 2011). We were so thrilled to find out that we would be having a little girl!

Halloween 2011

We're hicks. I guess. Ha. Josh got a couple of John Deer hats at a career fair at BYU so we decided to put them to use. You can't really tell from this picture, but Josh is also sporting a lovely mustache. He sort of looks like a pedifile...

We had a great time at Adobe's Halloween Party. Josh and I were joined by Courtney and Landon, and Kellen and Annie.

Buzz Lightyear! We kind of felt like we were at Disneyworld...

This is Kellen with the tarantula...it was really big. His costume is pretty awesome!

Landon and Court with the boa constrictor. As Courtney was distracted with the snake, the circus man put the tarantua on her head! We all thought this was why she was digging her face into Landon's chest. Come to find out...she didn't even know it was on her head! Ewwww!

8/15/2011 The starting line...or the parking lot.

This is on the top of the ridge before we drop down into the canyon. You can see Zion's in the background. Really pretty!

This is the view from the last big cliff we went off of. It was really pretty to drop into a canyon and be surrounded by all of this.

This is the cliff Melissa just finished and the one Josh is just about to start. Half-way down is a free fall...no feet against the rock wall.

This is the first swimming hole we came to. We threw our backpacks across and then waded through the water.
