Thanksgiving Point Gardens

Avery and I got to spend a morning at the Thanksgiving Point Gardens with some friends. We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful spring weather!! We are so excited to be able to spend more time outside! The flowers were so beautiful and I loved being there with my little love.

Here are some pictures from our day:

Isn't she just the sweetest?

Love Avery's face in this one!!

Strawberries are delicious

Miss Avery turns two!

Happy 2nd Birthday to our sweet Avery!!

She was pretty excited to open presents first thing in the morning on her birthday! It was kind of neat to see how much better she is at opening presents now then she was a few months ago at Christmas.

Enjoying some of her birthday presents...

What more can a two year old ask for than a circus tent full of balloons!? Seriously, she played in there forever!!

These are from her Birthday Party:

Happy 2nd Birthday to the greatest girl I know! She is so sweet and sensitive, she is wild and crazy, she always keeps us laughing and we love to be around her! Our Avery is brilliantly smart, adorably cute, and lovably sweet. It is hard to believe she has really been a part of our lives for two whole years! Time is flying by, but we are so grateful for our Avery Lyn!! Happy Birthday beautiful girl!!

Random from the last few months

Dinosaur Museum

Date night with my hunny! Tami offered to take Avery over night, so Josh and I got a night out on the town. It was lovely! Dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and then a movie at home followed by a great night's sleep! Ahhhhh

Just relaxin...

Avery has become a big helper in the kitchen she LOVES to "help" cook. Most of the time she actually does pretty good. We have only had a few near disasters. One involved the blentec being full without a lid on yet...

I'm not sure how many more times I will get to do this with my sweet baby girl. I can hardly call her that any more. She is nearly TWO! That is hard to believe. But I had to capture this sweet moment, knowing that I might not have too many more like it.

Avery started eating on a stool like this at Grandma Tami's house and now she likes to do it here as well. Such a funny little one.

We like Costco smoothies.

Avery and "Ella Bean!" having fun in an IKEA bag.

We were so happy when it finally got warm enough for us to go on a walk to see the horses by our house!

Check out these curls! Takes after Daddy, that's for sure.

Avery REALLY likes bubble baths.

We like to play ladder ball in the snow.

Avery really loved the snow this year. This is her "shovel". We really need to get her a real snow shovel to "help" with.

FHE milkshakes. Smiles all around.

This was taken on the first "real" snow of the year. She was so anxious to go out and play. It was still snowing and it was awfully windy, but we bundled up and went out any ways. She only lasted a few minutes, but she sure looked cute!

Just where she wanted her stroller that day…

Green smoothies in shot glasses, Avery's request.

Forward facer!! We are so happy that her second birthday means Avery get's to face forward in the car!

Chalk. Definitely a favorite activity.

Wearing Mommy's high heals. What a beauty queen!

Playing the piano at her friends music class. She is quite the musician.

Sometimes this girl is allllllll about Mickey. It is her favorite show. Here she is watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse with all of her Mickey and Minnie dolls and her Minnie Mouse blanket. Below, she insisted on feeding all of her Mickey and Minnie dolls oatmeal for breakfast. What a cutie.

Rockin Aunt Alli's Shades.

LAX ROX, just ask Avery. Go Alli!! We are so proud of you.

California- visiting Matt & Court

A Bingham Family Trip to visit Matt and Court in San Jose over Valentines Day….

Mom and the kids stopped at our house on their way to CA. Jacob was Avery's special buddy that night. They even had a sleepover on Avery's floor.

Avery's first plane ride:
To begin with...

by the time we landed.

"Beach Time" a gorgeous view of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Street Car ride!!

Ghirardelli Square

That was on seriously good hot fudge sundae! We decided we all needed to get one, in honor of Grandma Bingham. YUMMMM.

Lombard Street

Flowers with Grandma

Sea Lions. Stinky, strange creatures that Avery LOVED!

Delicious Mexican food. It was a place that was suggested by one of Josh's coworkers. We knew it was in the mission district, so when we were in the area, Josh sent him a text asking for the address. When he received a reply, we were directly across the street from it! Needless to say, we decided that this was sign that we defiantly needed to eat there. It was, in the words of Matt, "the best burrito he had ever eaten!"
I asked Josh to bring me a quesadilla, thinking it would be a normal-ish sized meal. No. It was ginormous!! But also incredibly delicious!

A view of "The City" at night. With my love <3

At the google complex. Avery's face says it all…she loves her Uncle Jacob!!
